The breakfast had a wonderful selection of local pastries.
Finding the hotel was quite a challenge since the sat nav was outdated, forcing me to park a good distance away. The WiFi password provided did not work on the first try, and I ended up needing assistance to connect.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room old but with character. Centrally located.
Bed uncomfortable and made us itch. Parking in public underground car park expensive.

The atmosphere of the hotel was the thing we liked best. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
The lack of a liquer license in the hotel was the one negative thing. That robbed us from the opportunity from having a glass of wine in front of the beautiful fireplace in the evening.

Honest review
A gem of a place! The staff were friendly. My room was tidy and super comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Breakfast was a good surprise, rich with options. Plus, there's a sweet cat at the reception named Mimi!

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was situated on a quiet side street, but also not a long walk from the town centre. The decoration of the room felt very homey and welcoming, it was a very comfortable stay.

location: the hotel was not far from all the tourist attractions and local restaurants and bars. tried some takeout specials at citizen coffee, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. the breakfast was gorgeous, had plenty of food.

The location of Morand in Rouen is fantastic. It's perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff made an impression right away. They were genuinely friendly and offered great dining recommendations. I got a tip for a local restaurant, Pascaline, just a short walk from the hotel, and it turned out to be a good experience with a traditional Normandy menu. Breakfast was great with a vast spread, especially the pastries and cheeses. The room I stayed in was quite basic and a bit outdated. I noticed some cleanliness issues that could be improved. Parking was also tricky, as I had to park a few streets away because the hotel doesn't have direct parking availability. The WiFi password was confusing, and I had to ask for help to connect. Despite these small inconveniences, I would consider staying here again for the great location and helpful staff.

Hotel is located 5 min walk from both main Rouen historical sites and railway station. Room though small, has kettle, free wi-fi, Excellent price, lovely design.
No elevator, every sound in the hotel is very well heard, it was a little bit cold.

The stuff was extremly nice. Receptionist gave me the map of the city and they let me leave my bags for a day after check-out. The room was surprisingly big and in good condition for such price.
The walls are really thin and you can hear everything.
